Generally speaking, Everything DiSC assessment results do not change dramatically over time unless the person has experienced a life-altering event. For instance, a person would not be typed as a "D-style" and a few years later come out as a style on the opposite side of the wheel as an "S-style."
It is possible that a person's dot placement will move over time, a little up or down, or closer to the edge or center.
Typically, an Everything DiSC assessment takes 12-15 minutes to complete. The online assessment is delivered to the participant's email to take at any time. We recommend giving yourself 15-20 minutes of uninterrupted, relaxed time to answer the questions.

When conducting DiSC workshops, we like U-style configurations to allow all of the participants to interact more easily, and see and hear one another better. For larger groups, we like round or square table configurations for 4-8 people. Finally, classroom style is a third option and used when other configurations are not possible given room size and equipment available.
