Is Wiley's DiSC train the trainer certification right for you?
Becoming an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner through Wiley DiSC certification gives you the credibility and expertise you need to deliver impactful DiSC experiences that help people work better together. The learning experience will hep you deepen your understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research and key principles. You will also learn how to build custom solutions using Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ and familiarize yourself with the full DiSC application suite. You will also practice facilitation techniques and receive feedback in a safe environment.
For experienced facilitators, Wiley DiSC certification is not required although it is recommended. TeamMechanics will help you decide if it's right for you. For experienced L&D professionals, we recommend purchasing and exploring a facilitation kit prior to enrollment. TeamMechanics can help answer questions about facilitating team building workshops with Everything DiSC.

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification is designed for in-house facilitators as they scale and customize the Everything DiSC Workplace learning experience within their own organization. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence and competence with engaging content on the principles of the DiSC® model; suggests strategies for delivering a customized learning experience; and gives insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios. Participants will not only gain the credential and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace, but gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

Course Description
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team accreditation is designed to give experienced facilitators confidence, credential and expertise in using The Five Behaviors model and accompanying course material. Participants will learn to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations and develop instincts for when to stick to the agenda and when to improvise, when to let a debate play out and when to cut it short. Participants choose either the All Types (MBTI/Myers Briggs) or Everything DiSC accreditation.
